How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C. Place two oven trays in the oven.
  2. Spread the sweet chilli sauce over pizza bases. Top with the prawns and capsicum. Place on preheated trays.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until base is crisp and prawns are cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle coriander over pizzas. Top with a dollop of sour cream and drizzle with a little extra sweet chilli sauce.

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 x 27cm pizza bases
  • 500g green prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded, cut into strips
  • 1 bunch coriander, leaves picked
  • Sour cream, to serve
  • Extra sweet chilli sauce, to serve
