Recipe: Wholey guacamole

How to Make:
- Combine 1/2 avocado, peeled, stone removed, mashed; 1/2 small tomato, chopped; 1 small shallot, sliced; and 2 teaspoons natural yoghurt. Spread over the base of a halved bagel. Top with 2 tablespoons grated cheddar and remaining bagel.
