Recipe: Pizziola

How to Make:
- Combine 1/4 red capsicum, chopped; 35g (1/3 cup) grated cheddar; and 2 button mushrooms, chopped. Cut 1 small white pita bread in half. Spread the inside of each half with tomato chutney. Fill with the capsicum mixture; 8 slices pizza salami; and baby spinach leaves.
