How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C fan-forced. Lightly grease a 3cm-deep, 16cm x 26cm (base) slice pan. Line with baking paper, allowing a 2cm overhang at long ends.
  2. Place oats, sunflower seeds, blueberries and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Place spread, honey and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until melted. Bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  4. Add honey mixture to oat mixture. Stir to combine. Spoon into prepared pan. Using damp hands, distribute mixture evenly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. Cool completely in pan. Cut into squares. Wrap in plastic wrap. Place in lunchbox.
