Recipe: Paprika-spiced barbecue meatlovers pizza

How to Make:
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Cook the onion, stirring, for 10 minutes or until soft. Increase heat to high. Add mince and garlic. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 10 minutes or until mince changes colour.
- Add paprika and cayenne pepper. Cook, stirring often, for 10 minutes or until any liquid is absorbed. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the barbecue sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside for 20 minutes to cool.
- Preheat oven to 240°C. Place pizza bases on 2 baking trays. Spread remaining barbecue sauce over bases. Top with half the mozzarella. Top with mince mixture. Top with remaining mozzarella. Arrange salami on top and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bases are crisp and the mozzarella melts. Top with baby rocket.
