How to Make:

  1. Make pizza basic pizza dough.
  2. Make classic pizza sauce.
  3. Preheat oven to 230ºC. Combine prawns, coriander, garlic and olive oil in a bowl. Top the pizzas with the prawn mixture, chorizo sausages and ricotta. Bake, swapping the trays halfway through cooking, for 15-20 minutes or until the prawns are cooked and the base is crisp.
