How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 230ºC/210ºC fan-forced. Lightly grease 2 large baking trays.
  2. Place tortillas on prepared trays. Spread each tortilla evenly with sauce. Top each with one-quarter of the chorizo, tomatoes, feta, onion, olives and oregano. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, swapping trays halfway, or until cheese has melted. Cut into wedges. Serve.
