Recipe: Chorizo, tomato and feta tortilla pizzas

How to Make:
- Preheat oven to 230ºC/210ºC fan-forced. Lightly grease 2 large baking trays.
- Place tortillas on prepared trays. Spread each tortilla evenly with sauce. Top each with one-quarter of the chorizo, tomatoes, feta, onion, olives and oregano. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, swapping trays halfway, or until cheese has melted. Cut into wedges. Serve.

- 2 (125g each) chorizo sausages, thinly sliced
- 250g cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 120g feta, crumbled
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
- 1/3 cup fresh oregano leaves
- 1 cup grated pizza cheese
