How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the pizza base on a lightly greased pizza tray.
  2. Slice each bocconcini into 4 slices. Roll up the ham and thinly slice.
  3. Arrange bocconcini over pizza base. Scatter ham and pineapple over the top. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden. Season with freshly ground pepper. Scatter the coriander leaves over the top. Cut into eight slices. Serve with mixed salad leaves.

  • 180g (about 3 or 4) bocconcini
  • 1 slice (80g) 97% fat-free triple smoked leg ham
  • 225g can pineapple pieces, drained
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
