How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced.
  2. Combine apple and raspberries in an 18cm x 22cm (base) roasting pan. Sprinkle with cake mix, reserving icing sachet for another use. Scatter choc chips over mix and dot evenly with butter. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden and filling is bubbling up around edges of pan.
  3. Stand cake in pan for 10 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
