How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C. Combine the pumpkin and oil on a baking tray. Season. Roast, stirring once, for 20 minutes or until golden and tender.
  2. Increase oven to 220C. Grease and preheat a pizza tray. Spread pizza base with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with the pumpkin, prosciutto and ricotta. Bake on tray for 15 minutes or until the base is crisp.

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 30cm bought pizza base
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 40g (1/3 cup) grated mozzarella
  • 100g sliced prosciutto, halved
  • 75g fresh ricotta, crumbled
