Recipe: Thai chicken pizza

How to Make:
- Preheat oven to 230°C. Place two oven trays in the oven.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Set aside for 5 minutes. Toss the chicken and half the satay sauce together.
- Spread the remaining satay sauce over the pizza bases. Top with chicken, snowpeas and onion.
- Place the pizzas on preheated trays and bake for 12-15 minutes or until base is crisp and heated through.
- Combine yoghurt and chutney. Top with cashews and chilli. Serve with the yoghurt mixture.

- 500g chicken tenderloins, cut into thin strips
- 2/3 cup (160ml) Fountain Satay Sauce
- 2 x 30cm pizza bases
- 150g snowpeas, cut into thin strips
- 1 red onion, halved, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (130g) Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1/2 cup (80g) roasted unsalted cashews, roughly chopped
- 1 large red chilli, finely chopped
