Recipe: Ham and pineapple calzone

How to Make:
- Preheat oven to 210°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Make pizza dough Combine 200ml warm water, yeast, salt and sugar in a jug. Stir with a fork. Cover and stand for 5 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface. Sift flour into a large bowl. Add yeast mixture and oil and mix to form a soft dough.
- Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes or until elastic. Cut into quarters. Roll each piece out to an 18cm (diameter) round. Brush edges with water.
- Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce over each round. Combine ham, pineapple and COON Pizza Shredded Cheese in a bowl. Spread evenly over half of each round. Fold over dough. Crimp edges to seal. Place on prepared trays. Bake for 10 minutes. Swap trays. Bake for a further 10 minutes or until pastry is golden. Serve.

- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 200g leg ham, diced
- 225g can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup COON Pizza Shredded Cheese
