Recipe: Mandarin caprioska

How to Make:
- Place the mandarin and sugar in a mortar and pound with a pestle until mandarin is crushed. (Alternatively, place mandarin in a plastic bowl and pound with the end of a rolling pin.)
- Spoon the mandarin mixture evenly among serving glasses. Top with ice. Pour over the vodka and grapefruit juice. Serve immediately.
