How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 220. Divide the pizza bases between two baking trays. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the bases. Arrange the potato slices on top then top with the chorizo, prawns and olives. Bake, swapping the position of the trays halfway through, for 10-15 minutes or until the potato is tender and the crust is golden.
  2. Season with pepper and top with the parmesan and prosciutto. Slice and serve with mixed salad leaves.

  • 2 pack (200g) Coles medium thin & crispy pizza bases
  • 1 cup coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 2 x 80g chat potatoes, very thinly sliced
  • 1 chorizo, thinly sliced
  • 12 Coles medium raw prawns from the deli, peeled
  • 20 green pitted olives
  • 80g shaved parmesan
  • 4 slices Coles prosciutto, freshly sliced from the deli, torn into thick strips
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
