How to Make:
- Preheat oven to 230C/210C fan forced. Lightly grease 2 pizza trays.
- Spread the pizza bases with the sauce. Sprinkle over the cheese. Top with pancetta and mushrooms. Sprinkle with half the shallot. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with remaining shallot.
