Recipe: Oysters with mango & basil salsa

How to Make:
- Combine the mango, cucumber, onion and basil in a small bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the oysters on a serving platter. Divide the mango mixture among the oysters. Serve.
