How to Make:

  1. Preheat grill on high. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange pancetta over tray. Cook for 5 minutes. Mix with parsley.
  2. Sprinkle each oyster with pepper, 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire and pancetta.
  3. Place oysters onto baking tray under grill. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve.
