How to Make:
- Preheat grill on high. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange pancetta over tray. Cook for 5 minutes. Mix with parsley.
- Sprinkle each oyster with pepper, 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire and pancetta.
- Place oysters onto baking tray under grill. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve.

- 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 24 oysters, on the half shell
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
