How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add lamb mince. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes, or until browned. Transfer mince to a bowl lined with paper towels to drain.
  2. Place pizza bases onto 2 baking trays. Spread with pizza sauce, leaving a 2cm border.
  3. Sprinkle each pizza with 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Arrange capsicum, onion, olives and mince over pizzas. Sprinkle with parmesan and remaining mozzarella.
  4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, swapping halfway through, or until golden. Serve.

  • 400g lamb mince
  • 2 x 30cm pre-prepared pizza bases
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 150g chargrilled red capsicum, cut into strips
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved lengthways
  • 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
