How to Make:

  1. Blend the mango, pineapple, coconut water and lime cordial in a blender until smooth. Divide the ice cubes among 4 large serving glasses and top with the mango mixture.
  2. Spoon the coconut cream on top of the mango mixture. Decorate with shaved coconut, lime slices and pineapple tops, if you like.

  • 250g frozen mango pieces
  • 250g frozen pineapple pieces
  • 500ml (2 cups) coconut water
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) lime juice cordial
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) coconut cream
  • Shaved coconut or coconut flakes, to serve
  • Lime slices, to serve
  • Pineapple top, quartered, to serve (optional)
