How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 220C. Divide the pizza bases between two oiled baking trays.
  2. Spread the bases evenly with tomato paste. Top with the sweet potato, onion, bacon, silverbeet, fetta and shredded cheese. Drizzle with the sweet chilli sauce. Bake for 15 mins or until the crust is golden.
  3. Top with the sour cream and coriander. Cut into slices to serve.

  • 1 small sweet potato, peeled, thinly sliced

  • 80g fetta, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Coles Australian Shredded Tasty Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
