How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C or 180C fan-forced. Spread pesto over pizza bases. Arrange prosciutto and tomato slices on top. Sprinkle generously with Coles Brand Australian Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  2. Bake for 10-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve topped with baby rocket leaves.
