How to Make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Place bases on a baking tray and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
  3. Combine juice, oil and garlic and season to taste. Toss mixed leaves with dressing, pile on top of pizzas just before serving and, if desired, top with shaved parmesan.
