How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan forced. Place the oil in a 20cm (base measurement) skillet or ovenproof frying pan. Place the skillet in the oven for 5 minutes to heat.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together the flour, eggs and milk. Pour into the skillet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden. Remove from the oven and drizzle with the tomato pasta sauce and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for a further 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Top with prosciutto, broccolini and basil leaves.

  • 150g (1 cup) plain flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 250ml (1 cup) milk
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) tomato pasta sauce
  • 50g (1/2 cup) grated mozzarella cheese
  • Thinly sliced prosciutto, to top
  • Steamed broccolini, to top
  • Fresh basil leaves, to sprinkle
