How to Make:

  1. Place quinoa and 2 1/2 (625ml) cups of water in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook, covered, for 10 mins
  2. Add the milk and apricot and stir to combine. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins or until quinoa is tender. Stir in the caster sugar
  3. Divide the porridge among serving bowls. Serve topped with fruit and drizzled with honey

  • 1 cup (200g) Coles Brand Australian White Grain Quinoa, rinsed
  • 1 1/4 cups (310ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup dried apricot, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • Fresh fruit, to serve
  • Honey, to serve
