Recipe: Swamp jellies

How to Make:
- Place lemon jelly crystals in a large heatproof jug. Add 2 cups boiling water. Stir to dissolve crystals. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water. Stir well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until cold. Pour mixture into eight 1 cup-capacity clear plastic cups. Refrigerate for 1 hour 30 minutes or until almost set.
- Meanwhile, place raspberry jelly crystals in a large heatproof jug. Add 2 cups boiling water. Stir to dissolve crystals. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water. Stir well. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until cold.
- Push 4 or 5 red frogs into each cup of lemon jelly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until jelly is firm.
- Pour raspberry jelly over lemon jelly. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Arrange snakes and remaining frogs over jellies. Serve.
