How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Heat the oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, capsicum and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until onion softens. Add tomato and sugar. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 mins or until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar. Season.
  3. Meanwhile, place the sausages on the lined tray. Bake, turning occasionally, for 15 mins or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Arrange sausages on a serving platter. Serve with tomato salsa.

  • 2 x 360g pkts Coles Sausages in Bacon
