Recipe: Chicken and bacon club sandwiches

How to Make:
- Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Spray chicken with oil and season with pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side, or until light golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil.
- Add bacon to frying pan. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until crisp. Thinly slice chicken.
- Spread toast slices with yoghurt. Top 4 slices with chicken, bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato. Top with remaining bread, yoghurt-side down. Cut sandwiches into quarters. Serve.
