How to Make:

  1. Place the avocado, spinach, cucumber, apple, coconut water, ginger, lime and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the avocado mixture evenly among serving glasses. Sprinkle evenly with the lime zest, pepitas and chia seeds. Serve immediately.

  • 60g pkt Coles Australian Baby Spinach
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups (500ml) chilled coconut water
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 lime, zested, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coles Black Chia seeds
