How to Make:
- Place the avocado, spinach, cucumber, apple, coconut water, ginger, lime and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the avocado mixture evenly among serving glasses. Sprinkle evenly with the lime zest, pepitas and chia seeds. Serve immediately.

- 1 Lebanese cucumber, coarsely chopped
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups (500ml) chilled coconut water
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 lime, zested, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1/2 teaspoon Coles Black Chia seeds
