How to Make:

  1. Combine rolled oats, vanilla bean Greek yoghurt, apple juice and honey in a bowl. Cover.
  2. Place in fridge overnight to soak. Add blueberries, nashi pear, finely grated lime rind and lime juice. Stir to combine.
  3. Toast finely chopped pistachios and sesame seeds. Add ground cinnamon. Toss to combine.
  4. Divide muesli among bowls. Sprinkle with pistachio mixture. Drizzle with extra honey.
