How to Make:
- Combine the oats, carrot, cinnamon, 3 tsp sunflower seeds and 125ml (1/2 cup) water in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to soak.
- Before serving, top with the yoghurt, apple, remaining sunflower seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup, if you like.
