Recipe: Sugar-free banana, date and vanilla clafoutis

How to Make:
- Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan forced.
- Whisk cream, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in almond meal.
- Divide dates and banana between 2 x 1 1/4 cup ovenproof shallow dishes. Pour over cream mixture. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden and set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
