Recipe: French stick spinach dip

How to Make:
- Make dip: Place the spinach in a sieve over a bowl. Using the back of a spoon, press spinach to remove excess liquid. Discard the liquid. Place the spinach in a food processor with the cream cheese, sour cream and soup mix. Process until smooth. Season. Place in the fridge to chill until required.
- Preheat oven to 220C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Cut each bread stick in half crossways. Use a long serrated knife to hollow out the insides of each bread half, leaving a 1cm-thick shell.
- Combine 1 cup dip and pizza cheese in a small bowl (Store remaining dip in fridge for another use - see notes). Spoon the dip mixture into a large sealable plastic bag. Cut 1 corner from the bag. Pipe dip mixture into the centre of each bread half.
- Join 2 bread halves at the cut ends. Place on the prepared tray. Repeat with remaining bread halves. Combine butter and garlic in a bowl. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the bread. Bake for 8-10 mins or until golden brown. Set aside for 5 mins to stand. Cut into slices to serve.
