How to Make:

  1. Spray a barbecue plate or chargrill with oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Spray both sides pork with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning. Cook pork for 4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking.
  2. Meanwhile, make Greek salad: Combine spinach, tomato, feta, olives, vinegar and oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Serve pork with salad.
