How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Cut the pastry sheet into quarters to make 4 squares and place on the lined tray.
  2. Combine the apple, grape, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Divide the apple mixture evenly among the pastry squares. Fold in the edges of the pastry to partially enclose the filling, leaving the centres open. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and cooked through.
  3. Melt the jam in a saucepan over low heat. Brush the jam over the tarts. Serve with cream and ice-cream.
