How to Make:

  1. Place chicken on a chopping board. Press 1 sage leaf along each chicken piece. Thread onto skewers. Place in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Spray with oil.
  2. Heat a barbecue plate or large non-stick frying pan on medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 3 minutes each side or until cooked through. Top with capers and lemon juice. Cook for 1 minute or until warmed through. Serve.

  • 8 (550g) chicken tenderloins

  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon baby capers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
